Introducing a new and time-limited service: Google Ads Small Group Training for Mental Health Professionals! Elevate your private practice by joining live sessions (recordings available) starting September 24, 2024. Learn to create, optimize, and manage Google Ads for your specialty services.
If you want to run Google Ads AND want to understand them, this is the course for you.
During the 12 weeks of training, you will be guided through planning, building, and managing Google Ads for your practice. Live sessions will happen most weeks throughout our time together.
Sessions will be 60-90 minutes, depending on the week, and will be held on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. EST. They will be recorded for those who can’t make it.
Content Covered includes:
Planning: Selecting specialty areas, keyword research, budget selection, location targeting, website recommendations, and review
Building: Creating a Google ads account, creating new campaigns, selecting settings & strategies, building ad groups, adding search and negative keywords, ad language tips
Optimizing: Knowing how your account is performing, knowing what data to look at (and what to ignore), reviewing search terms and adjusting keywords, troubleshooting, guide on ongoing management tasks, overview on conversion tracking
Future discounts on consultations or alumni membership support group

Requirements:
A website with specialty pages, calls to action, and without content on substance use/addiction/ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
Time! In the first few weeks, a few hours a week will be needed during the planning and building phases to attend to tasks between meetings. The required time will decrease as time goes on.
Interest in learning Google Ads for your business and commitment to attending live training or reviewing recordings
Ability & willingness to spend AT LEAST $300 monthly on actual ads. Recommended budgets for advertisements will vary based on how many specialty services you wish to advertise and your location.

This training can only accept up to 6 practice owners. Those who commit to the group by August 31st will receive a $100 discount.

This training is priced at $750
For context, our typical service, where we build the ads for you, costs $350 per month for three months (total $1050).
This training includes:
10-12 weeks of 60-90 minute meetings with our small group
Recordings of all tasks and strategies you’ll need to make changes to and optimize your Google Ads in the future
One private call (if needed) to strategize which types of ads to run for your practice
Feedback from other clinicians on your website, ad headlines, and strategy
One private Zoom session with Nicole for strategy or troubleshooting. This can be used during or up to 6 months after the group sessions have ended.
One free month in my private Paid Alumni Ads Management group. This is hosted on Facebook and has video tutorials, informational guides, and bi-weekly office hours (which are recorded).
